We are a local, organic microgreens producer and offer products for restaurant use and retail use. We currently offer delivery within a 30 mile radius of Atlanta, GA. We grow on demand. Please allow at least 14 days of advance ordering (some of our microgreens may take longer than 14 days to grow). If you are a homemaker and are interested in some of our microgreens, please reach out to us. We will let you know what we currently have for delivery.
What are MicroGreens?
Microgreens are the shoots of edible baby vegetables with a wide array of robust flavors. Also known as "vegetable confetti" for their vibrant colors that can add a splash of color to any dish. They can be used in salads, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, pizzas, fish, poultry and any meat dish.
Highly Nutritious SUPERFOOD
Microgreens are Packed with nutrients such as Potassium, Iron, zinc, magnesium and copper. These "babies" contain high amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are also more nutrient dense than the full grown mature plant.

Flavor Profile: Crisp, fresh. Has the full cilantro flavor.

Kale - Red Russian
Flavor Profile: Crunchy with a mild, peppery, and sweet flavor reminiscent of broccoli, cabbage, and cucumber.
Health Benefits: High in vitamin C and is a good source of both fiber and potassium. The nutrient-dense stem also contains high amounts of phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, and iron.
Kohlrabi - Purple Vienna
Flavor Profile: Tastes like a mix of turnip and cabbage. The greens can be used like kale.
Health Benefits: These microgreens are packed with iron which helps with blood health and prevents anemia. Kohlrabi is also recommended for weight loss because it will promote satiety.
Radish - Rambo
Flavor Profile: Crisp and succulent with a fresh green & grassy flavor that develops into a milder version of the classic spicy radish bite.
